During this retreat, you will receive short Scripture Quotes by e-mail and reflections on knitting and praying. 

You will have guide lines for knitting and prayer.  You will have guide lines for journaling and you will have PDF journals by e-mail to journal your thoughts.

  If you wish, you may share these insights with your e-group.
